International Freight Shipping | China's Total Import and Export Value Up by 9.4% Year on Year
 
International freight shipping news: According to data released by the General Administration of Customs on the 13th, China's foreign trade achieved steady growth in the first half of 2022, with a total import and export value of 19.8 trillion yuan in goods trade, up by 9.4% year on tear. Among them, exports accounts for 11.14 trillion yuan, up by 13.2%; imports accounts for 8.66 trillion yuan, which increased by 4.8%. In June, China's imports and exports increased by 14.3% year-on-year, and the growth rate was 4.8% higher than that in May. Li Kuiwen, spokesman of the General Administration of Customs and director of the Department of Statistics and Analysis, said: "In general, China's foreign trade showed strong resilience in the first half of the year. The first quarter started smoothly, and the declining growth rate in April had been reversed to rise rapidly in May and June, which laid a solid foundation for the stability and improvement of foreign trade throughout the year."
